The original My Neighbor Totoro tshirt was faded and thin, so I appliquéd it onto this maroon sweatshirt and brought the colors back to life using free-motion embroidery. Studio Ghibli is known for their rich, vibrant palettes, so I studied some stills from the film and stitched those tones back into the design. Consider it a gentle restoration.
